If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Solo Butterfly at info@solobutterfly.com within 5 days of receiving your item quoting the order number.  In order to improve our products and servces, we welcome your feedback - and would appreciate a brief message stating why the item was not suitable and whether you require an exchange, credit note or a refund.
 

On receipt of your email we will issue you a return authorisation code. Please return the item back within 5 days on receipt of this code.   The item must be returned with the purchase receipt, all the original tags attached, and in the original condition that it was received.
 

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any item that become lost in the return process.  Therefore, we strongly suggest that you return your item using a secure form of delivery (i.e. sign for recorded delivery as proof of postage via royal mail).
 

On receipt of the return item - you will be notified by email.  All returns (i.e. exchange, credit note or refund) will be processed within 5 days.   Refunds will be issued via Paypal.
 

Wrong/Damaged Item Sent:  if you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us at solobutterfly.com quoting the order number.  Our customer service team will aim to make contact with you in 48 hours in order to rectify the problem.
